Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping with competitive rates. To view available shipping options and costs for your location, simply select your destination during checkout. Our standard shipping is available to over 50 countries, with delivery typically within 3-7 business days for U.S. shipments, and 7-14 days for international shipments, however, all shipments vary based on the destination. For faster delivery within the U.S., Priority Mail is available with additional fees.

Orders ship from our Florida facility. Please note, for international orders, import taxes and duties may be applied upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to calculate or estimate them. For further information on this, please contact your local customs office.

Consumable Products: Returns, Exchanges, Damages, & Missing Items

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days, as long as the product is in new or gently used condition. Products that have been severely tampered with are not eligible. Upon return, we will carefully inspect your item and process it, so that we can issue a refund in the amount of the original charge. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including international returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the non-refundable initial shipping fees.

Exchanges are free of charge, less shipping and handling fees. If the exchange item costs more than your purchased item, you will need to pay the price difference; if it costs less than your purchased item, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Scalp Delivery Aura 272 Laser Cap & System Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. To achieve the best results, we recommend using the Scalp Delivery Laser Cap for a minimum of 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. Long-term use, combined with adherence to the provided instructions, is essential for evaluating results. If, after 6 months, you are not satisfied with the product or wish to return it, please contact us at info@scalpdelivery.com to initiate the return process. You may return the Scalp Delivery Aura 272 Laser Cap for a refund of the purchased price with a 25% service fee, minus the sales tax. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned because it has been damaged, is defective or the wrong item was sent. Ensure that your return request is submitted before the conclusion of the 6-month period.

Scalp Delivery Aura 272 Laser Cap Warranty

The Aura 272 Laser Cap comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. Scalp Delivery provides manufacturer’s warranty for Aura 272 Laser Cap devices that are only purchased on www.ScalpDelivery.com, and covers only manufacturer defects or product issues. Any product damage (or missing/lost items) inflicted by the customer is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty will only cover one singular defective device for one year from the date of purchase.
